RULES:
1. A maximum of two students per paper are allowed.
2. A team can have participants from different departments.
3. The contestants are required to send only a soft copy along with and abstract (not exceeding 500 words).
4. The front page of paper should consists of team members names, contact no., e-mail id`s and college name and title at top of the page.
5. The paper should be in .doc formate.
6. All the participants are required to bring 2 hard copies of their paper along with them on day of event.
7. Selected participants will be given 8 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for query session.
8. Videos (if any) may be included, but they should be played within same allocated time limit of 8 minutes.
9. Time limit should be strictly followed any extension can lead to deduction of marks.
10. Voilation of any rules can be result in rejection of paper.
